  • An exchange or return request can only be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the cat.
  • After this period has passed, we will not be able to accept any return or exchange requests.
  1. Exchange and return terms
  • The cat must be in good health with no injuries or illnesses that have appeared after receipt.
  • A certified veterinary report proving the cat's health condition is required if there is a previous health problem.
  • No return or exchange will be accepted if the reason is related to change of mind or personal incompatibility.
  1. Application mechanism
  • You must contact us through our official channels (WhatsApp or email) within the specified period.
  • Provide proof of receipt (invoice or sales contract).

  • If the return is approved, any additional transportation or service fees, if any, will be deducted.
